ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Brandon Schroeder is a survivor of an arc flash accident which landed him in the hospital and required an extensive recovery process. With 15+ years in the field, Brandon now highlights the important role of safety by sharing his own experiences with electricians, safety managers, and engineers to help shape the industry's approach to electrical safety.

Wesley Wheeler is the Safety Director at the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA). He has over 33 years of electrical experience and is a member of the IBEW. He has served in many capacities in his career from electrician, foreman, superintendent, estimator, and project manager to safety director. He also carries credentials as a Florida State Certified Electrical Contractor, Safety Trainer, and Consultant.
